Didache

The document is called the "Didache."

It is "The Lord's Teaching Through the Twelve Apostles to the Nations. "

It is believed to be written by the early Christians somewhere between the years 50-100 A.D.

If you are really interested in reading what the practices of the early christian were like, reading a document from as early as possibly 50 A.D., within 20 years of Jesus' death would give you a pretty clear idea.
