A few days ago we completed our toughest "In-Motion" Retreat Yet.
We hiked 36 miles in 3 days wearing 40-48 lb backpacks.
As I mentioned, It was tough, brutal, but soooo spiritually rewarding and nourishing.

Wow, you guys must be in really good shape. Used to do similar things, but I think those days are gone. My husband hiked all but a few miles of the Appalachian Trail with our son, and he KNOWS those days are gone. All the more power to you! I hope it was more than tough; I hope it was rewarding and fun.
Thank you for another excellent adventure.
God bless.
Wow Deacon Pat, you got me so wanting to join in next Fall. That looked and sounded totally awesome. What a blessing.
