Funeral Mass for Deacon Everett

 Today was a special day at Our Lady of Mercy Parish.
We celebrated the life of Deacon Everett with Bishop Cotta and numerous Deacons and Priests.

 This was a powerful experience, serving at the side of a Bishop and hearing the many voices from the priests as they spoke the holy words of the consecration.

What an honor it was to serve with the Bishop, fellow Deacon and brother, and praying for a very honorable man who no doubt is already in heaven.
