2. Push-ups / Sit-ups / Lunges daily
3. Stretches daily
Nutrition
1. 2-3 meals a day - No eating between meals
2. No alcohol
3. No candy / desserts
4. No fast-food
5. Fasting (1 small meal and 2 snacks only) Wed / Friday
Self-Denial
1. No major purchases (Toiletries and needed items only)
2. No TV or movies
3. No social media
